"It was in a safe and clean district, close to the centre and walking distance near every Paris sight. The apartment was clean and cozy and the staff communicated well."

We were based about 15 minutes walk from the LGBTQ square, which was small but lovely all the same. The actual apartment felt very secure with the coded access to the courtyard leading to the apartment. It had nearly everything that we could need"

"Only complaint was that we paid for an early check in fee, however the apartment was not ready for our arrival so had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the cleaning lady to finish. And that the apartment didn't provide any sugar for the complimentary tea and coffee"

"The studio apartment is in an excellent location in the centre of Paris (in the Marais). It is well equipped and has good heating and a comfortable bed. We would happily stay there again."

"The lack of advance notice in the booking confirmation of the requirement to pay a €300 deposit (in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation) before we were told how to access the keys. The ‘house manual’ contained incorrect information about the WiFi network and password. That took a little while to sort out. There were several problems of a practical nature, relating to: the kettle, one of the refrigerator shelves, the toilet flush, the hairdryer, one of the shower doors, the chest of drawers and two lights that were not working. These were all reported to the management, so I hope they will all be resolved quickly."

"It was exceptionally clean on arrival. Easy and clear access instructions. Safe and secure. Warm in winter. Very well located - close to many shops and bakeries. Plus a supermarket. All in walking distance. Close to underground. Quiet with no street noise. An ideal spot for two."

"Location was excellent, you have many subway lines connecting you everywhere in town. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The place was very clean and quiet, and price was okay considering all these factors."

"It's a bit dark at the ground floor of an inner courtyard, which means you cannot get much sunlight. There were also shutters in front of the windows though you can open them from inside -- even then, the light that reaches in isn't very strong. In late March it was still quite cold, and we noticed the radiators weren't on, which led to a few cold nights until we figured out there is an electric heater in one of the cupboards."

Kahve makinası, ücretsiz çay ve kahveler, bir kaç tane su ve su ısıtıcısı, tost makinesi vardı. Ütü, ütü masası, çamaşır makinası, kurutucu ve kurutmalık askı vardı. İnternet çok hızlıydı."

"Konaklamamız 3 kişiydi ama geldiğimizde 2 kişilik yatak hazırdı. Daha çok askı gerekli, sadece dolapta askı vardı, sandalyelerin üzerini kullandık. Büyük boy aynası yok. Tuvalet sifonu devamlı akıyordu ama tamir ettim 👍"
